In this century alone, as a nation, we have witnessed a lot of first.

Women of color have especially been granted so many first that those before us have fought for.

I want to say that alone a feat this great could not have happened and that's why I'm big on paying homage to those that walked this path before.

This path of pursuit isn't easy and not a person that has walked it, walked it alone.

See faith brings you people that see the world the way you do. These people help you focus on the bigger picture.

The bigger picture is we all have a role to play and not one role is more significant than the other. So many miss the opportunity based on the title God has placed upon us.

Accept yourself and your role will naturally fit your goal.

It's time to get and remain focused on the things that bring you happiness.

Not everyday will be sunshine but those rainy days help aid in your growth.
