I’ve been learning to go with the flow. Im usually on someone else’s schedule so my natural flow as of right now is inspiration only.
“If Im not inspired, it’s retired”.
The children are our future and that’s why it’s our chance to shift the dynamic. It’s our time to speak life into them and into one another. If you don’t, someone else takes the power and will speak to them.
Music frees the mind enough to focus on the possibilities of the right now. That’s all we control, the right now.
Right now it’s time to stand for something.
A question I ask myself every day is, What does it mean to live with purpose. Everyone should have a different response. We all are born and raised in different circumstances so we are going to have different outcomes.
Intention is everything and in a world filled with distraction it’s easy to veer away from your purpose.
A phrase that gets me through is “What the next eat, don’t make you sh*t”.
That simply means focus on yourself for that’s the only thing that should sit right on your stomach.
There is no mental space for shoulda..coulda..woulda......
No space for tug and pull relationships. (One sided, toxic, or ingenious)
No space for parasite conversation. (Sucks the life out of everything)
It’s time for a change and the king of pop said it best, it starts with the man/woman in the mirror.
An exercise that promotes the start of this form of freedom is honesty, true happiness comes when you accept what is.
Accepting what is gets you past what was, and catapults you into what’s becoming.
The exercise is writing out your true feelings that you harbor and to confront them. This frees up mental space for the second part of the exercise. You then write affirmations in replacement of the feelings that once was. Write them everywhere.
Do this exercise as many times as it takes to find the words that you want to rid and add the words you want to affirm.
Peace and Love
